Your year-end accounts done early and filed on time, every year.
Limited companies have to file accounts with Companies House every year, and sole traders need them for their tax return. We prepare yours from your books, file them, and give you a copy to show a lender or a main contractor.

Who needs this
Sound familiar?
Your accounts are always last-minute
Companies House fines start at £150 for a late filing, and they double if you're late two years running.
A lender wants your accounts now
And your latest ones are 18 months old, or not done yet. So you're stuck.
You don't know what they say
So they get filed and forgotten, and you never hear what they tell you about your business.
Year end is a rush
A year of receipts sorted in one go. Things get missed, and missed costs mean more tax.

Accounts questions
When are my accounts due?
For a limited company, nine months after your year end. A new company's first accounts are due 21 months after it was set up.
What's a confirmation statement?
A yearly check that the details Companies House holds about your company are right, like its directors and shareholders. It's separate from your accounts, and it comes with every limited company package.
Do sole traders need accounts?
You don't file them anywhere, but your tax return is worked out from them, and they're what a lender asks to see.
Can you do accounts for past years?
Yes. If you're behind, catching you up is part of getting you started.
